Mix the mayonnaise and the weight, and spread it on 4 slices of bread. Put a generous amount of turkey on top, a couple of thick slices of provolone cheese, and 2 slices of tomato. Cover with the other slices of bread.
Spread butter on the tops of the bread and place on a grill or sandwich maker to brown the bread and melt the cheese (about 3 minutes on each side or 6 minutes total).
