2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard
2 packages cream cheese, of 190g.
1 can bell pepper, small

Cut the edges off the bread.
Blend the diced turkey ham perfectly with the American cheese, the chili, and the 1/2 cup of vinegar. It should have a consistency similar to slightly watery puree.
In a bowl, combine the previous mixture with the cream, mayonnaise, mustard, and pepper. Mix everything until homogeneous.
On the side, using an immersion blender, mix the cream cheese with the bell pepper to taste until it takes on a light pink color and is well creamed.
Arrange the bread in a tray in an initial layer of 6 pieces (2x3), add one-third of the ham mixture, and cover it with another layer of bread.
Continue this process until forming three layers, finishing with a layer of bread to cover it with the cream cheese and bell pepper mixture as a cake frosting.
Garnish with chopped pieces of bell pepper. Refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
