Ingredients: 1 package sandwich bread, extra large; 1/2 kilos turkey deli ham; 10 slices American cheese; 1 chile, in vinegar; 1/2 cups liquid from a can of pickled chili peppers; 1/3 cups sour cream; 2 tablespoons mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon mustard; 2 packages cream cheese, of 190g.; 1 can bell pepper, small; pepper, to taste

Cut the edges off the bread. Blend the diced turkey ham perfectly with the American cheese, the chili, and the 1/2 cup of vinegar. It should have a consistency similar to slightly watery puree.
