Sausage Ceviche

This is a delicious, fresh, economical, and very easy-to-make snack.

  • Cut the sausages lengthwise into four pieces and then chop them into small bits.
  • Finely chop the onion and add the juice of the lemons.
  • Dice the tomato into small cubes and finely chop the cilantro.
  • Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
