Ingredients

6 portions
  • 12 sausages
  • 1/2 onions
  • 8 lemons
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 branch fresh coriander
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Split the sausages along in four pieces and then cut them into small pieces.
Finely chop the onion and add the juice of the lemons.
Chop the tomato in small squares and also finely chop the cilantro.
Mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.

PRESENTATION

You can add jalapeño or serrano pepper finely chopped to give it more flavor and that it is spicy, if you are going to eat children you will have to put the chili separately.

TIPS

You can also add chopped cucumber in squares. You can serve on toast or on a large plate and accompany with chips. If you want to give it a different flavor add a little soy sauce. If you want to serve it as a cocktail add tomato juice
