A delicious and simple snack version that can be made with things we usually have in the refrigerator. In this case, it’s the combination of sausages, cucumber, onion, avocado, and clamato juice. A delight you have to try.

500 grams turkey sausage
1 cucumber
1 Jalapeño chile
2 tomatillos
5 grams red onion
4 limes
240 milliliters tomato clam juice
ketchup

Finely chop the sausages.
Wash and finely chop all the vegetables.
Make a mixture with the lemons, clamato juice, and ketchup.
Add the vegetables and the sausages to the mixture.
Mix and let it rest for about 15 minutes in the refrigerator, so the sausages and vegetables absorb the juice well and everything gains more flavor.
