A rich and simple version of snack, which can be done with things that usually we always have in the refrigerator. In this case it is the combination of sausages, cucumber, onion, avocado and tomato juice with clams. A delight that you have to try.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 7 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • 2 avocados
  • 500 grams Turkey sausage
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 5 grams red onion
  • 4 lemons
  • 240 milliliters tomato juice with clams
  • to taste ketchup

Preparation

Finely chop the sausages.
Wash and finely chop all the vegetables.
Make a mixture with lemons, tomato juice with clams and catsup.
Add the vegetables and sausages to the mixture.
Mix and let stand for about 15 mns in the refrigerator, so that the sausages and vegetables absorb the juice well and everything takes more flavor.

PRESENTATION

Serve on toast, or serve on a platter and serve with tortilla chips.

TIPS

The longer the mixture sits, the better the taste of the ceviche.
