Sausage Puff Pastry Bites

This sausage puff pastry recipe is easy and fun; it's a different way to enjoy sausages. These bites are perfect for snacking and offering to your guests.

  • 20 shaker sausages
  • 250 grams puff pastry
  • egg wash
  • black sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cups sour cream, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise, for the dip
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, for the dip
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder, for the dip

  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut strips the same size as the sausages.
  • Wrap the puff pastry around each sausage, seal one end with egg wash, and use the same wash to cover the entire outer part, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  • Bake the sausages at 180 °C for 20 minutes, remove from the oven, and set aside.
  • For the dip: Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, and sprinkle with green onions.
  • Serve the sausages on a platter along with the dip.
