Ceviche of Chicken Breast Sausage

Give a totally big twist to your ceviches this Lent and prepare this delicious ceviche of Fud® chicken breast sausage that will surprise you. Tasty ceviche with cucumber, tomato, serrano chili, onion, and cilantro, seasoned with oregano, olive oil, and the delicious touch of lemon juice.

  • 1 package chicken Fud® sausage
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tomatoes, in small cubes and seedless
  • 3/4 cups cucumber, cut into small cubes
  • 2 serrano chiles, finely chopped
  • 1/4 onions, finely chopped
  • 3 sprigs fresh cilantro, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 avocado
  • tostadas, or crackers

  • On a cutting board, slice the Fud® chicken sausage into rounds with the help of a knife.
  • In a bowl, mix the Fud® chicken sausage with lemon juice, tomato, cucumber, serrano chili, white onion, cilantro, olive oil, oregano, avocado, salt, and pepper. Mix until all the flavors are incorporated.
  • Serve and accompany with toasts or crackers, share and enjoy.
