100 grams puff pastry
1 egg
6 sausages, small
1 teaspoon cooking spray
2 tablespoons mustard
2 tablespoons ketchup
2 stems celery
1/2 mangoes

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
Flatten the dough until you have a rectangle.
Cut the rectangle into small pieces to wrap around the sausages.
Roll out the puff pastry over the sausage. Use a bit of the beaten egg to seal the pastry.
Place the sausages on a baking sheet.
Brush each roll with a bit of beaten egg.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Serve with ketchup and mustard to taste.
