Mini Wrapped Sausages

The mini sausages recipe is a healthy twist on a classic, perfect for your kids' snack. They are ideal as a treat since they take no more than 20 minutes to prepare, and let's be honest, what kid doesn't love sausages?

  • 100 grams puff pastry
  • 1 egg
  • 6 sausages, small
  • 1 teaspoon cooking spray
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 stems celery
  • 1/2 mangoes

  • Preheat the oven to 200° C.
  • Flatten the dough until you have a rectangle.
  • Cut the rectangle into small pieces to wrap around the sausages.
  • Roll out the puff pastry over the sausage. Use a bit of the beaten egg to seal the pastry.
  • Place the sausages on a baking sheet.
  • Brush each roll with a bit of beaten egg.
  • Bake for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with ketchup and mustard to taste.
