Sausage Skewers

Delicious sausage skewers, perfect for kids or to enjoy an afternoon with friends.

  • 1 package sausages, shaker
  • 3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 250 grams Manchego cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cups ketchup, to taste
  • 1/2 cups mustard, to taste
  • 1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

  • Cut all the sausages lengthwise and add a bit of cheese inside.
  • Insert the wooden stick into all the sausages after filling them with cheese.
  • Coat the sausages in flour and then cover them with mashed potato.
  • Dip them again in flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
  • Fry the skewers in hot oil until golden brown.
  • Serve your skewers with ketchup or mustard.
