1 package sausages, shaker
3 potatoes, cooked and mashed
250 grams Manchego cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cups flour
1/2 cups breadcrumbs
1/2 cups ketchup, to taste
1/2 cups mustard, to taste
1 cup vegetable oil, for frying

Cut all the sausages lengthwise and add a bit of cheese inside.
Insert the wooden stick into all the sausages after filling them with cheese.
Coat the sausages in flour and then cover them with mashed potato.
Dip them again in flour, then into the beaten egg, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs.
Fry the skewers in hot oil until golden brown.
Serve your skewers with ketchup or mustard.
