Sausages with Puff Pastry

A delicious recipe for a kids' party or as a tasty and easy snack.

  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 36 turkey sausage, small
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • ketchup, mustard for serving

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • Place the puff pastry on a clean surface and roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut into 36 squares.
  • With a brush, paint the edge of each square with the beaten egg.
  • Place the sausage on the pastry on the other side of the egg and roll it up. Press lightly at the end; the egg will help keep it from opening while cooking.
  • Place the rolls on a baking tray and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and serve.
