Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 36 Turkey sausage, little
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • ketchup, or mustard to accompany

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees centigrade.
Place the puff pastry on a clean surface and flatten with a rolling pin. Cut into 36 squares.
With a brush paint the edge of each box with the beaten egg.
Place the sausage on the dough on the other side of the egg and roll up. Squeeze lightly at the end, the egg will help that there will be no cooking.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from the oven and serve.

PRESENTATION

Serve with katsup or mustard sauce.
