Serrano Ham Tapas

A Spanish snack/appetizer of serrano ham and a good baguette.

  • 2 baguettes
  • 250 grams serrano ham
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped without skin

  • In a deep bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic, and tomato.
  • Cut the baguette into slices (approx. 20) and lightly toast in the oven (10 minutes).
  • Put a little of the olive oil, tomato, and garlic mixture on each piece of baguette.
  • Place 1-2 slices of serrano ham on the baguette.
