Shucos

  • 3 sausages

  • 1 cup guacamole

  • Cut the longaniza and sausages in half lengthwise on a board.
  • Heat a skillet over high heat and grill the longaniza and sausages on both sides. Set aside.
  • Repeat the process on the grill with the bread and set aside.
  • Prepare the bread on a board, spread guacamole, place one half of longaniza and one half of sausage, add cabbage, and serve with ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard.
