150 grams sirloin, sterling silver, angus or sonora thinly sliced ham slicing machine
1 tablespoon port wine
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 pinch pepper
1 pinch salt

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sear the sirloin steak, turning frequently. Remove from the pan and let rest.
