  • 450 grams trout fillet, skinless and cut into pieces
  • 1/2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cups red onion, chopped into large pieces
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 stem celery, cut into cubes

  • Blend the following ingredients: cottage cheese, lemon juice, trout, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, hot sauce.
  • Remove any residue stuck in the blender and push it to the center to blend the mixture well.
  • Add the celery to the mixture, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
