450 grams trout fillet, skinless and cut into pieces
1/2 cups cottage cheese
1/4 cups red onion, chopped into large pieces
2 teaspoons lime juice, fresh
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 stem celery, cut into cubes

Blend the following ingredients: cottage cheese, lemon juice, trout, Worcestershire sauce, red onion, hot sauce.
Remove any residue stuck in the blender and push it to the center to blend the mixture well.
Add the celery to the mixture, cover it with plastic wrap, and refrigerate.
