Snack Burgers with Basil Mayonnaise and Garlic Vinegar

This recipe for snack burgers will be a hit at your next party or gathering, as you will make your own mayonnaise with a touch of basil from scratch. When preparing them, use both hands and cook them in a sufficiently large and shallow skillet or griddle to fit them all.

  • Place the ingredients in a bowl in this order: Carbonell Extra-Virgin oil, then onion, cumin, egg, and sea salt.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes so that the salt dehydrates the onion and forms a liquid paste.
  • Add the ground beef, capers, and with the help of a wooden spoon, mix everything very well.
  • Pour the amaranth with the olives in a rain-like manner. You can use one hand all the time to integrate the elements, but be careful not to burst the olives.
  • For the basil mayonnaise, in a bowl, beat the yolks until you achieve the desired mayonnaise consistency.
  • Add Carbonell Extra-Virgin in a drizzle to mix evenly, and once achieved, gradually add the Carbonell garlic vinegar while continuing to whisk, sea salt, and basil.
