“Bacon Chips” with Guacamole

If you love fries but are tired of always eating the same, these bacon chips with guacamole dip are perfect to share with your friends and very different from anything you've tried.

  • 2 packages bacon, 250 g
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 tablespoons serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1 mango, in cubes
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 lime, (its juice)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the bacon into medium cubes.
  • Place the bacon on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
  • For the guacamole, in a bowl, use a fork to mash the avocado and mix with the rest of the ingredients until combined.
  • Serve the bacon chips in a bowl and accompany with the guacamole.
