Beet Snacks

It is a very simple dish to prepare, with ingredients that are easily obtainable; it is also fresh, very delicious, and has a very novel presentation that kids and adults will love.

  • 1 kilo beet
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can canned corn kernels
  • 1 can canned tuna
  • pitted black olives, the amount you desire
  • 2 pickles
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard

  • Boil the beets and eggs in boiling water.
  • Place the eggs in cold water, drain, and finely chop.
  • Chop the pickles and olives.
  • Drain the corn and mix with the eggs, chopped pickles, and olives.
  • Add the mayonnaise and mustard and mix very well.
  • When the beet has been cooked, cut it into medium cubes and remove the interior with the help of a hole punch.
  • Fill with the tuna salad.
