Bravas Potatoes with Homemade Mayonnaise

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1/2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons pimentón
  • 4 potatoes, large
  • sea ​​salt, to taste

  • Add the egg, garlic, lemon juice, and paprika to a blender cup. Blend.
  • Uncover the blender cup, and start blending at the lowest speed. Gradually and continuously pour in the oil until you achieve the desired texture.
  • Cook the potatoes in a pot with enough water and salt. Once the potatoes are cooked and cool, cut them into 8 pieces. Toss the potatoes with the mayonnaise and sprinkle a little sea salt.
