1 bag tortilla chips, of 350 grams
120 grams cracker nuts
1 cucumber
1/2 jicamas
1 carrot, large or 2 small
100 grams pickled pork skin
4 limes
salsas
chile powder, with salt
Preparation

Grate the cucumber, jicama, and carrot and store in the refrigerator.
Cut the pork rinds into thin strips and store in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, mix in a baking dish the cucumber, jicama, carrot, and pork rinds, adding salt and lime.
In a large plate, place the totopos and top them with the previous mixture and peanuts.
Season with chili powder, sauce, and if desired, with more lime.
