Crazy Totopos

It’s a snack with a combination that makes it tasty and healthy, it’s very easy to prepare, economical and yields a lot, plus if you prefer, it allows you to make your personal combinations. I hope you enjoy it.

  • 1 bag tortilla chips, of 350 grams
  • 120 grams cracker nuts
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 jicamas
  • 1 carrot, large or 2 small
  • 100 grams pickled pork skin
  • 4 limes
  • salsas
  • chile powder, with salt

  • Grate the cucumber, jicama, and carrot and store in the refrigerator.
  • Cut the pork rinds into thin strips and store in the refrigerator.
  • Just before serving, mix in a baking dish the cucumber, jicama, carrot, and pork rinds, adding salt and lime.
  • In a large plate, place the totopos and top them with the previous mixture and peanuts.
  • Season with chili powder, sauce, and if desired, with more lime.
