Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 bag tortilla chips, of 350 grams
  • 120 grams japanese peanut
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 jicama
  • 1 carrot, big or 2 girls
  • 100 grams pickled coriander
  • 4 lemons
  • sauces
  • chili powder, with salt

Preparation

Stir the cucumber, jicama and carrot and store in the refrigerator.
Cut into thin strips the cueritos and save in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, mix in a refractory, the cucumber, the jicama, the carrot and the cueritos, add salt and lemon.
In a platter place the chips and on them place the previous mixture and the peanuts.
Season with the chili powder, salsa and if you wish with more lemon.

PRESENTATION

You can present it in individual portions or in a single container and that each one takes to your liking.

TIPS

Instead of chips you can use the fritters that sell in the market flavor nachos, if you want you can skip the cueritos, you can also add cabbage or cabbage.
