Deviled Eggs

These eggs are perfect for a picnic, a day at the beach, or simply when you crave something practical to eat at the office.

  • 10 eggs, boiled
  • 30 milliliters sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper, ground

  • Boil the eggs in boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  • Once cooked, carefully remove the yolks without breaking the whites. Place them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
  • Add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper or cayenne, and a pinch of salt.
  • Fill each egg with this mixture. You can use a piping bag to give it texture. Sprinkle a little more pepper on top.
