Try a delicious dried meat, very traditional from the northern countries of Mexico; it's a tasty meat and can be served as a snack.

  • 300 grams dried meat, shredded

  • In hot oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomato and quickly fry, then add the dried meat and fry everything together, with salt to taste.
  • Serve on a platter accompanied by beans.
