300 grams dried meat, shredded
2 pickled Jalapeño chiles, chopped
4 tablespoons corn oil
1 onion, medium, chopped
3 tomatoes, medium, chopped and seedless
salt , to taste

In hot oil, sauté the onion and garlic, add the tomato and quickly fry, then add the dried meat and fry everything together, with salt to taste.
Serve on a platter accompanied by beans.
