Onion Rings

The classic onion rings. They are a very popular recipe that everyone loves; you can use them to accompany a hamburger, a hot dog, as an appetizer, etc.

  • 1 onion, cut into rings approximately 1.5 cm thick
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 baking powder
  • 1 cup cow's milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 pinch salt
  • vegetable oil, for frying

  • Separate the onion rings.
  • In a bowl, mix the salt, baking powder, and flour. Separate this mixture into 2 parts. Leave the first part as it is, and beat the egg and milk into the second part.
  • Dip all the onion rings first in the mixture without egg and then in the one with egg.
  • Fry them in oil.
