The classic onion rings. They are a very popular recipe that everyone loves; you can use them to accompany a hamburger, a hot dog, as an appetizer, etc.
1 onion, cut into rings approximately 1.5 cm thick
1 1/4 cups flour
1 baking powder
1 cup cow's milk
1 egg
1 pinch salt
vegetable oil, for frying

Separate the onion rings.
In a bowl, mix the salt, baking powder, and flour. Separate this mixture into 2 parts.
Leave the first part as it is, and beat the egg and milk into the second part.
Dip all the onion rings first in the mixture without egg and then in the one with egg.
Fry them in oil.
