Pizza Aran-ita

It is a simple dish that combines two culinary traditions: the Arab cuisine for the bread and other ingredients and the Italian cuisine for its flavor. It’s incredible how such a simple dish can have a unique taste. I named it aran for the Arabic.

  • 1 arabic bread, or pita
  • 100 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tomatillo
  • 12 onions
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 paprika
  • pepper
  • oregano

  • Slice the tomato and onion thinly, and chop the garlic and bell pepper into julienne strips. Once prepared, set aside.
  • Heat the bread in the pan for 5 minutes.
  • When it starts to toast, place the mozzarella cheese and the reserved ingredients on top and distribute them harmoniously.
  • Cover for 5 minutes on low heat.
  • Finish by adding a pinch of pepper and oregano.
