  • 1 bell pepper, cut into small cubes

  • Cut the pepper into small cubes, put them in a skillet, and sauté them.
  • Break the eggs and beat them a little with a fork, add the pieces of potato, season with salt and pepper, and add the pepper.
  • In a hot skillet with oil, pour in the mixture. When you see that a firm crust has formed on the bottom, flip the omelette.
  • You can cut the omelette into small squares or serve slices as if it were a cake.
