  • 3 eggs
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste
  • 1 bell pepper, diced

Preparation

Cut the pepper into squares, put them in a pan and sauté them.
Break the eggs beat them a little with a fork, add the pieces of potatoes, add salt and pepper and add the pepper.
In a hot pan with oil put the mixture, when you see that a crust was already created on the bottom, turn the tortilla.
You can cut the tortilla into squares or serve slices as if it were a cake.
