Potato Skins

Super delicious snack easy to prepare with some tasty potato skins, you’ll see they will be the stars of the party.

  • 3 potatoes, large
  • 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the dressing
  • 3 teaspoons olives, chopped, for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoon onion, chopped, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups cottage cheese, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cans tuna, for the dressing

  • Wash and scrub the potatoes very well; then, dry them and peel them lengthwise, to a thickness of half an inch, into eight equal parts.
  • To prepare the potato skins, brush them with salt and butter; then, place them on a baking tray and put them in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes until they become crispy.
  • If desired, you can also fry them in hot oil to brown them a little more; afterwards, drain them on paper towels to remove excess fat.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the dressing by mixing the sour cream, olives, onion, cheese, and tuna.
