100 grams pumpkin seeds, large, washed and dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper, freshly ground

Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Place the seeds on a baking sheet, making sure they are not piled up, drizzle them with olive oil, and then season with a layer of salt and pepper.
Bake for 7 minutes or until they turn brown and crispy.
