Spicy Fruit Ring

  • 3 cups strawberries, in cubes
  • 3 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups La Botanera® Pulpita Light bittersweet sauce
  • 1/2 cups La Botanera® Chilito chile powder
  • 3 cups watermelon
  • 3 cups green grapes, in halves
  • 1/2 cups mango, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups pineapple, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups strawberries, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups kiwi, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups strawberries, in slices
  • 1/4 cups kiwi, in half moons
  • 1/4 cups La Botanera® Chilito chile powder
  • 1/4 cups La Botanera® Pulpita Light bittersweet sauce

  • Line a ring mold with plastic wrap. Place a layer of mango, a layer of strawberry, a layer of pineapple, add Chilito La Botanera® and Pulpita Light La Botanera®, continue with a layer of watermelon, and a layer of grapes. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Unmold onto a plate. Fill with more fruit, decorate with kiwi and strawberry. Add Chilito La Botanera® and Pulpita Light La Botanera® and enjoy.
