Spicy Pepilocos

These pepilocos stuffed with Ruffles® Mega Crunch Flamin' Hot and Kacang® Peanuts will become your favorites, as they are very quick to prepare and look spectacular. These pepilocos are a fresh, fun, and spicy snack. Give them a try!

  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 cups chamoy
  • 1/2 cups chamoy powder
  • 1 bag Ruffles® Mega Crunch Flamin 'Hot
  • 1 bag Kacang® peanuts
  • 1/4 cups lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons chamoy

  • Peel the cucumber with a peeler, then cut it into equal horizontal parts and hollow it out with a spoon.
  • Frost the edge of the cucumber with liquid chamoy and powdered chamoy.
  • Crush the Ruffles® Mega Crunch Flamin' Hot in a plastic bag with a rolling pin. Blend the Kacang® Peanuts for 2 minutes to crush them, but without turning them into powder.
  • Serve the spicy pepilocos on a sharing plate and decorate with more Ruffles® Mega Crunch Flamin' Hot and Kacang® Peanuts, then add lime, liquid chamoy, and enjoy.
