Spinach and Nut Dip

Prepare this delicious spinach and nut dip for all your gatherings, as it is made with fresh hydroponic Eva® spinach, cream cheese, walnuts, blueberries, almonds, and goat cheese. You will love it!

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 Eva® spinach, in pieces
  • 2 packages cream cheese, 190 each, cubed
  • 100 grams goat cheese
  • 1/4 cups table cream
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons almonds

  • In a medium skillet, cook the onion with the olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic and Eva® spinach, cooking for about 3 minutes or until softened.
  • Add the cheeses and cook until melted. Stir in the cream and the nuts, cooking for a few more minutes and season with oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  • Serve hot or cold and accompany with breadsticks.
