Prepare this delicious spinach and nut dip for all your gatherings, as it is made with fresh hydroponic Eva® spinach, cream cheese, walnuts, blueberries, almonds, and goat cheese. You will love it!
In a medium skillet, cook the onion with the olive oil until translucent. Add the garlic and Eva® spinach, cooking for about 3 minutes or until softened.
Add the cheeses and cook until melted. Stir in the cream and the nuts, cooking for a few more minutes and season with oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper.
Serve hot or cold and accompany with breadsticks.
