1/4 onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected (cut into strips)
1 cup artichoke heart
190 grams cream cheese
salt and pepper
1 artisan bread roll

Heat a skillet over medium heat, add the oil, and cook the onion and garlic. Add the spinach and cook for about 5 minutes.
Add the artichoke hearts and cream cheese, cook for 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
Hollow out a rustic loaf of bread and fill it with the dip while still warm, serve immediately.
