Spinach Dip

A dip made with spinach, mayonnaise, cheese, and chilies, excellent for snacking and very easy to prepare.

  • 4 cups spinach, washed
  • 6 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 serrano chiles, chopped without seeds
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

  • Preheat the oven to 200 C.
  • Grease a square or round pyrex with pam or butter.
  • Blend the spinach, a bit of cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and serrano chili.
  • Finish by sprinkling the grated parmesan cheese to gratin.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-30 minutes.
  • Uncover and allow the dip to brown for 5 minutes.
