4 cups spinach, washed
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 serrano chiles, chopped without seeds
50 grams Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat the oven to 200 C.
Grease a square or round pyrex with pam or butter.
Blend the spinach, a bit of cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, and serrano chili.
Finish by sprinkling the grated parmesan cheese to gratin.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 15-30 minutes.
Uncover and allow the dip to brown for 5 minutes.
