Preparation
Pre-heat the oven to 200 C.
Grease a square or circular pyrex with butter or pam.
Blend spinach, a little cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and chile serrano.
Finish by sprinkling the grated Parmesan cheese so that it is gratinated.
Cover with aluminum foil and cook for 15-30 minutes.
Uncover and allow the dip to brown for 5 minutes.
