Stuffed Dates with Cheese and Wrapped in Bacon

This snack is tapas-style but with a sweet touch thanks to the date, creamy thanks to the cheese, and salty thanks to the bacon.

  • 40 pitted dates
  • 1/3 cups ricotta cheese
  • 500 grams bacon

  • Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
  • Cut the bacon slices in half.
  • Fill a piping bag with ricotta cheese and use it to fill the dates.
  • Wrap the date with half a slice of bacon and insert a toothpick in the center to keep them from falling apart.
  • Place all the dates on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crispy.
