Stuffed Dates with Cheese and Wrapped in Bacon

1/3 cups ricotta cheese
500 grams bacon

Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Celsius.
Cut the bacon slices in half.
Fill a piping bag with ricotta cheese and use it to fill the dates.
Wrap the date with half a slice of bacon and insert a toothpick in the center to keep them from falling apart.
Place all the dates on a baking tray and cook for 10 minutes or until the bacon is golden and crispy.
