20 pitted dates
1 cup Lala® manchego cheese, in small cubes
200 grams smoked bacon, sliced
1/2 cups Lala® sour cream, for the dip
190 grams cream cheese, for the dip
1/4 cups Lala® milk, for the dip
1/4 cups walnuts, toast
1/4 cups almonds, toast
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper

Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Make a slit in the dates and stuff with LALA® Manchego Cheese.
Wrap each date with the slices of bacon. Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes and drain the excess fat. Set aside.
For the dip, blend the LALA® Sour Cream with the cream cheese, LALA® Milk, walnuts, almonds, and salt until you get a dip.
Serve the dates and accompany with the walnut and almond dip.
