Stuffed Dates with Manchego Cheese

  • 20 pitted dates
  • 1 cup Lala® manchego cheese, in small cubes
  • 200 grams smoked bacon, sliced
  • 1/2 cups Lala® sour cream, for the dip
  • 190 grams cream cheese, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups Lala® milk, for the dip
  • 1/4 cups walnuts, toast
  • 1/4 cups almonds, toast
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Make a slit in the dates and stuff with LALA® Manchego Cheese.
  • Wrap each date with the slices of bacon. Place on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Bake for 15 minutes and drain the excess fat. Set aside.
  • For the dip, blend the LALA® Sour Cream with the cream cheese, LALA® Milk, walnuts, almonds, and salt until you get a dip.
  • Serve the dates and accompany with the walnut and almond dip.
