Clean the zucchini flowers by removing the stamen from the center.
Fill each flower with a little shredded Oaxaca cheese.
Place the lightly beaten egg with 2-3 tablespoons of water in a shallow plate and season with salt and pepper.
Place the flour in another shallow plate and season with salt and pepper.
In a pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat; when hot, dip each flower first in the egg, then in the flour, and then fry in the oil for 2 minutes on each side, or until the cheese is melted and the flower is golden.
Remove the flower from the oil and place it on a paper towel, repeat with all the flowers.
