Start by preparing the tomato and garlic sauce. Peel the tomatoes and grate the entire pulp finely with a cheese grater and place it in a deep bowl.
Peel the garlic cloves, crush them with a knife, and finely chop; mix with the tomato and add olive oil and salt to taste.
Cut the baguette into pieces and prepare each tapa by placing a tablespoon of tomato and garlic sauce on each piece and adding 2 or 3 slices of serrano ham.
Decorate the platter where they will be served with some cherry tomatoes.
