Gratinated Zucchini is a healthy, nutritious dish, ideal for vegetarians, and has a unique flavor thanks to Hummus Obela®. This recipe can be the perfect appetizer for an elegant dinner with your friends, as they work very well as a snack.
Cut the zucchini into semi-thick slices and blanch them in a pot of boiling water with salt for one and a half minutes. Drain and rinse them in ice water to stop the cooking.
Dry the blanched zucchini well and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Spread them with Hummus Obela® Chiles Toreados and cover the surfaces with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake the zucchini for 12 minutes, or until the cheeses are golden brown.
Serve while hot and share!
