  • 1/4 cups salsa, Huichol® Habanera
  • 4 potatoes, large
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 pumpkins
  • vegetable oil, necessary amount
  • 2 tomatoes, cut into cubes
  • 1 onion, slice
  • 1 Habanero chile, sliced
  • 200 grams pink shrimp
  • 200 grams octopus, cooked
  • 200 grams ax callus
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water until cooked, let cool, and cut into thick slices.
  • Slice the tomatoes and zucchini. Set aside with the potatoes.
  • Sauté in a hot pan with oil the remaining ingredients until cooked and incorporate the sauce.
  • Form the tapas with the reserved vegetables, top with the seafood preparation, and serve.
