Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 cups sauce, Huichol® Habanera
  • 4 potatoes, big
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 pumpkins
  • oils, necessary amount
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 onion, slice
  • 1 habanero pepper, sliced
  • 200 grams shrimp
  • 200 grams octopus, Cooked
  • 200 grams ax callus
  • salt, to taste
  • black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Boil the potatoes in salted water until they are cooked, let cool and cut into thick slices.
Slice the tomatoes and pumpkins. Reserve with the potatoes.
Sauté the rest of the ingredients in a hot pan with oil until they are cooked and add the sauce.
Form the tapas with the vegetables that you reserved, crown with the seafood preparation and serve.

Accompany with your favorite drink.
