380 grams cottage cheese, Lyncott reduced fat
400 grams Manchego cheese, Lyncott reduced fat shredded
3 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted
1/4 cups piquín chile
1 teaspoon dill, dehydrated
1 teaspoon parsley, dehydrated
1/4 cups olives, chopped
3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted white
2 chipotle chiles, in adobo without seeds

Mix the Neufchâtel Lyncott reduced fat cream cheese, Lyncott reduced fat cottage cheese, and Lyncott reduced fat Manchego cheese.
Divide into three portions.
In the first portion, add the olives and mix, form the ball and roll it in the mixed sesame seeds.
In the second, add the chopped chipotle pepper and mix, form the ball and roll it in the piquín chili.
In the third, add the dill and the teaspoon of parsley, form the ball and roll it in the parsley.
