  • 227 grams cream cheese, Neufchâtel Lyncott reduced fat
  • 380 grams cottage cheese, Lyncott reduced fat
  • 400 grams Manchego cheese, Lyncott reduced fat shredded
  • 3 tablespoons black sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/4 cups piquín chile
  • 1 teaspoon dill, dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, dehydrated
  • 1/4 cups olives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted white
  • 2 chipotle chiles, in adobo without seeds

  • Mix the Neufchâtel Lyncott reduced fat cream cheese, Lyncott reduced fat cottage cheese, and Lyncott reduced fat Manchego cheese.
  • Divide into three portions.
  • In the first portion, add the olives and mix, form the ball and roll it in the mixed sesame seeds.
  • In the second, add the chopped chipotle pepper and mix, form the ball and roll it in the piquín chili.
  • In the third, add the dill and the teaspoon of parsley, form the ball and roll it in the parsley.
