Ingredients

15 servings
  • 227 grams of cream cheese Neufchâtel Lyncott reduced in fat
  • 380 grams of cottage cheese Lyncott reduced in fat
  • 400 grams of Manchego cheese Lyncott reduced in grated fat
  • 3 spoonfuls of black sesame seed toasted
  • 1/4 of Cup of pequin pepper
  • 1 teaspoonful of dill dehydrated
  • 1 teaspoonful of parsley dehydrated
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive chopped
  • 3 spoonfuls of sesame seed toasted white
  • 2 chipotle chili peppers in seedless marinade

    Preparation

    Mixture, Neufchâtel Lyncott cream cheese reduced in fat, Cottage cheese Lyncott reduced in fat, and Manchego cheese Lyncott reduced in fat.
    Divide into three portions.
    To the first portion, add the olives and mix, form the ball and roll in the mixed sesame seeds.
    To the second, add the chipotle chili, chopped and mixed, form the ball and roll in the piquin chili.
