1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce, for the tinga
1/4 cups chicken broth, for the tinga
salt, for the tinga
pepper, for the tinga
vegetable oil
2 cups onion, in strips, for the tinga
2 cups chicken, cooked and shredded
1 package Green Toasts®, of 240 g
1 cup refried beans
1/2 cups Romaine lettuce, in thin strips
1 cup Romaine lettuce, in thin strips
sour cream, for decoration
queso fresco, shredded, for decoration

For the tinga: Blend the tomato, garlic, onion, morita chili, chipotle chili, chicken broth, salt, and pepper for 3 minutes. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat, add the onion, and once it is translucent, pour in the tinga sauce. Cook for 5 minutes and you will notice it will start to take on a redder tone.
Add the chicken, mix well, and cook the tinga for 10 minutes.
Spread enough beans on a green Tostito®, add a layer of lettuce, and place the tinga on top. Repeat the same procedure until you finish the bag of green Tostitos®.
Plate the tinga tostitos, serve with red onion, and garnish with cream and cheese.
