Toasted Bread, Beans with Chorizo and Avocado

This is the ideal breakfast to start your mornings. A classic Bimbo® toast topped with refried beans with chorizo, and accompanied by delicious slices of avocado. Mmm, can you imagine it? Definitely a toast full of flavor.

  • 1 cup chorizo
  • 1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 2 cups pinto beans, refried
  • salt
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • 12 Bimbo® classic toasted bread

  • Heat a saucepan and cook the chorizo with the bacon until they are golden brown.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and tomato; cook for 2 minutes and add the refried beans, season with salt and cumin.
  • On a Classic Bimbo® Toast, spread the beans.
  • Add the slices of avocado, onion, and fresh ranch cheese.
