1 cup chorizo
1/2 cups bacon, finely chopped
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
2 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cups pinto beans, refried
salt
1 pinch cumin
12 Bimbo® classic toasted bread
Preparation

Heat a saucepan and cook the chorizo with the bacon until they are golden brown.
Add the onion, garlic, and tomato; cook for 2 minutes and add the refried beans, season with salt and cumin.
On a Classic Bimbo® Toast, spread the beans.
Add the slices of avocado, onion, and fresh ranch cheese.
