  • 500 grams pumpkin seeds
  • 4 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Separate the pumpkin seeds, wash and dry the seeds.
  • Grease a baking tray, place the seeds on the tray. Add salt to taste. Bake for 10 minutes and flip the seeds.
  • Bake for another 10 minutes and remove from the oven. Place them on a plate and enjoy.
