Italian appetizer of little bread rolls with prepared tomatoes drizzled with olive oil. Also delicious if topped with a bit of serrano ham.

8 tomatoes, ripe, diced, and seedless
2 tablespoons garlic
1/2 cups basil
1/4 cups parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon lime juice
1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon tarragon, finely chopped
1/4 tablespoons dried chile, chili pepper
2 baguettes, cut into 1 cm pieces
6 garlics, cut in half

In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the bread and garlic.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Refrigerate for 3 hours.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and toast the sliced bread on a baking sheet.
Spread with garlic and serve with the tomato mixture on top.
